1. Cancellation by the Participant

If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund terms apply:

• Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the start of the workshop.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Holotropic Wisdom

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, venue issues, or natural disasters), participants will be given the following options:

• Full Refund of the amount paid.

• Credit for a Future Event of the same value, valid for use within 12 months.

We will notify all registered participants as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking.

• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Exceptions

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows (failure to attend the workshop without prior cancellation).

• No refunds for early departure once the workshop has begun.

• In exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies), refunds may be considered at our discretion.
