Terms & Conditions - Holotropic Wisdom
1. General Information
By booking a place at the Holotropic Wisdom workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This workshop is facilitated by Geoff Fitzpatrick & Sara Hirigoyen and is designed to provide participants with an opportunity to access deeper awareness through Holotropic Breathwork.
Workshop Dates & Locations:

Ireland: 11th - 14th at The Deerstone, The Deerstone Luxury, Laragh East, Laragh, Co. Wicklow
-
UK: Emerson College, Forest Row, Sussex, UK (Dates TBD)
Accommodation & Meals:
All accommodation includes full board with meals and refreshments, catering for dietary needs:

Shared Room: €480
-
Single Private Room Supplement: €480 + €165
These prices include:

All meals and refreshments (€210 for 3 days)

Workshop fee (€500)
2. Payment & Cancellation Policy
-
Full payment is required to secure your place.
-
If you need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided only if at least 14 days' notice is given.
-
Cancellations within 14 days of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
-
If we need to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues, natural disasters), a full refund will be provided.
3. Health & Safety
Holotropic Breathwork is an intensive practice. For safety reasons, participants with the following physical or medical conditions should not participate:

Cardiovascular issues (uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease, history of stroke, aneurysms)

Respiratory disorders (asthma, COPD, or other lung conditions that may be aggravated by breathwork)
-
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
-
Glaucoma or retinal detachment
-
Recent surgery or physical injuries, especially involving the chest, lungs, or head
-
Pregnancy
-
Severe migraines
-
Medication use (certain psychiatric medications, blood pressure medication, etc.)
-
History of fainting or dizziness
All participants must complete a medical form and waiver, which will be sent via email post-payment. You must disclose any relevant health conditions before attending the workshop.
4. Insurance & Liability

All attendees must have their own health and travel insurance to cover any emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited during the workshop.

Participants agree to take full responsibility for their own well-being during the event.

By attending, you acknowledge that the facilitators and organisers are not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological distress that may arise from participation.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy

All participants must respect the confidentiality of others and agree not to share any personal experiences or discussions from the workshop outside of the group.

Photos/videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By registering, you consent to this unless you explicitly opt out before the workshop begins.
6. Force Majeure & Changes to the Workshop
-
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
-
If we cancel the workshop, participants will receive a full refund.
-
In the case of rescheduling, attendees may choose between attending the new dates or receiving a full refund.
